Dougie is the prince of the Trash kingdom. The kingdom is basically the rubbish tip for every other kingdom in Ooo.
The kingdom is a highly polluted place, the smell emitting from it can be smelt from miles away. The other kingdoms send their toughest inhabitants to dispose of their rubbish; but on the return must be washed heavily.
Dougie's father, the King, actually runs the kingdom but Dougie likes to think he does.
Dougie is quite cocky and kind of a meanie to new people. If he warms up to you quickly he might have the dokis for you. Or he's just in a strange mood. He is also very stinky. If you can get used to the smell (or get him to take a bath), he's very tolerable; but very whiny if he is clean.
Age: Probably around the age of 17. (He's pretty much a poopy teenager.))
Gender: Male. Of course.
Species: Racoon
Sexuality: He likes everyone.
Voice Actor: Ron Stoppable from Kim Possible.

you can catch a lot of different people down here too.. cockroach people, trash people, racoon people and a few rat people too.. since my dad's a rat, hah.
but eh. it's a pretty sweet place, if you don't mind the smell s'all.

Dougie had somehow climbed up into the top of the palace, his eyes full of intent and something else.. Love maybe? His cape fluttered gracefully in the wind as he stared at the kingdom below him. He put his hands on his hips and stood like a super hero.
He took a deep breath and sighed, getting ready to announce something. This would be a really bad time to be pushed off the edge right now.
''LAIKA I THINK I LIKE YOU OK DON'T HATE ME'' He barked loudly, hoping that his voice wouldn't carry over the whole of the kingdom.
He grinned, he thought he did pretty well.
